central location friendly staff order omelets cool pool
i liked the central location. i found it was great for accessing shops. the staff was friendly. the breakfast included omelets made to order which i liked. the hotel offerd a cool pool area with live plants.
the gym seemed basic. it lacked some equipment i normally use.

uneven experience, issues with service and amenities
uninterested staff slow elevators
I encountered some frustrating issues. the bar staff seemed uninterested in serving guests, irritating. also, the gym was quite basic. I thought it could use some upgrades. furthermore, the elevators were slow. There seemed to be frequent delays.

the location is perfect. it made walking to many sights easy. our room felt larger than expected. the pool offered a relaxing space right in the middle of everything, we loved the pool!
i found the gym a bit too basic.

broken air conditioning missing toiletries
i found some things not so great. the air conditioning didn't work well on some nights. the room felt stuffy. also, there was a weird smell in the bathroom sometimes. housekeeping missed replacing some items like lotion and soap too.

I went to this place for a short vacation. The hotel has a convenient location near shops and various dining options. Public transport is also nearby. The breakfast buffet included many options, so I had no trouble finding something I liked. I found my room quiet and clean.

the room was spacious it featured two tvs and a jacuzzi the cleanliness was really good i found the self-service breakfast had a wide selection i noted the attentive staff maintained towel and bathrobe supplies well
during my stay the gym was somewhat basic.
