uninterested staff
I encountered some frustrating issues. the bar staff seemed uninterested in serving guests, irritating. also, the gym was quite basic. I thought it could use some upgrades. There seemed to be frequent delays.

i found some things not so great. the air conditioning didn't work well on some nights. the room felt stuffy. also, there was a weird smell in the bathroom sometimes. housekeeping missed replacing some items like lotion and soap too.
